Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday I found out that my fn keys to change the brightness stopped working. However, the fn keys to change volume still work.

Hi:

 

If the graphics driver is installed, the only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Hotkey driver to the latest version, and restart the PC.
