HP Notebook - 14-df0023cl
Microsoft Windows 11

I use the Windows key + prt sc, and the screen dims for a second, but I cannot find any new screenshots anywhere. The most recent one I have is from 7 November 2022. I have checked every folder in my photos on this computer, and my OneDrive storage has been full for a long time.

What do I do? Is this even the correct board? It's the closest I can think of.

Thank you.

Each time you use Prt Scrn system keep it on clipboard, you have to save yourself by paste the clipboard (Ctrl V) to Windows application. The best app to paste to is Paint, you can save as an image file after paste. Windows ONLY keep one image each time therefore you have Prt ScrnCtrl V  and save each time.

Regards.
