I tried something on the computer that said I would be able to see the items on the screen better. It turned out everything was black & grey, I didn't like it. I finally did get color back but the colors aren't right. I need help bad, I can't see hardly anything now. THANKS

Please try these steps

  • Type color management in Start search box, and open it when it gets listed.
  • In the color management screen, switch to Advanced tab.
  • Make sure to set everything to default. You need to set options to default for both Windows Color System and ICC rendering intent to WCS gamut mapping. Restore default Display Color settings
  • You can also choose to reset it for everyone by clicking on the change system defaults.
  • Also perform the Display Calibration

Keep me posted how it goes 😊
