Добрый вечер!Прошу помощи. Попытался установить драйвера дисплея на свой ноутбук. Изначально скачал приложение с официального сайта AMD - Software adrenalin. По итогу в процессе установки драйверов видеокарты/дисплея появился черный экран, который я не смог убрать. В итоге переустановил Windows и скачал графические драйвера с сайта HP https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-laptop-pc-15-eh0000/35719385 . Но данный драйвер не устанавливается и выдает в конце ошибку (на фото). Подскажите, как установить рабочий графический драйвер на мой ноутбук.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the AMD driver from AMD again, but use the auto detect feature and let it do a factory reset of the graphics adapter.

AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

 

I used this method for my HP 15-ee0047nr notebook which also has the Ryzen 4500U processor, and the Vega graphics, and it worked just fine.

 

I also let it install the AMD chipset drivers.

Спасибо за ответ. Скачав приложение, которое Вы мне предложили я не смог его установить. Выдало ошибку 184 - "Установка нет может быть продолжена так как ваша текущая операционная система не поддерживается". Я так понял проблема в Windows? У меня установлена Windows 10 Корпоративная 2016.

You're very welcome.

 

OK, the problem is your version of W10 Enterprise is too old, and the graphics drivers don't work.

 

You need to have at least W10 version (1709)(RS3) or newer for the graphics driver to work.

 

I recommend that if you can, update your version of W10 Enterprise to version 20H2 so you can be sure the graphics drivers work.
