HP Pavilion 15-cw1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I have a new HP laptop, using Windows 10. Since I bought it, I can not see my picture previews when I open my picture folders. However, if I click individually in each of them and open them up, afterwards the picture preview will appear, except that I have to click individually in each of them to then be able to see the preview.
I have read some of the common posts and I have already tried to change the "view" settings, and found that the option "Always show icons, never thumbnails" was not checked. i don´t know where the problem is or how to solve it.

Hope you can help me

@ErikaUC

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Firstly, Use the File Explorer's left-hand column of folders, navigate to the folder in which you want to enable image previews.

And, also Make sure your folder is displaying the proper viewing option. In order to see thumbnail previews, your folder must display files and folders using a supported viewing option (e.g., Extra large icons). To change the current view setting, do the following:

  • Click the View tab.
  • Click one of the following "Layout" options: Extra large icons, Large icons, Medium icons, Tiles, or Content.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
