Hi

I have download driver for my intel graphic card from hp driver.

This is the web page https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-dv7-6100-entertainment-notebook-pc-seri...

I try to open the files with 7 zip (64).

And i try installatio by clicking on exe file, and i try to make manul installation with Device Manager.

Bu nothing work.

The message is "The system does not have the minimum requirements to install the software"

The pc is dated and is from 2012, but I would like to update the drivers for a specific game.

Sorry, but I don't understand everything
what exactly is your computer switchable, is there nothing here?

then the error message, sometimes it just indicates that something is missing ..
If you have switchable graphics you need to install intel / amd package, or just amd if both are amd
If you have intel amd, what is the full error message?

for the error you pointed out, sorry, but I don't understand what is written in the window, but sometimes it just tells you that you already have a newer version, that shouldn't change anything!

And did you or did you not succeed in reinstalling all the drivers and software from the support page?

I do not know If you have tried the same because you just have to click on the downloaded file
then, if that indicates a problem to you, it is that there may have been modification?
re-installation of windows, removal of hp software, others?

Now i have make a clean reinstallation of Windows 7 and the driver do not work.

Same error message.

I don't remove hp software.

were you able to reinstall everything else?
possibly do a test with hp support

try to avoid a bios update, if there is

I have already tryed to reinstal all system, but not works.

I have installed from this Entertainment Notebook HP Pavilion dv7-6190sl Download di software e driver | Assistenza clienti HP® first driver under Driver scheda grafica.

Works for AMD card but not for Intel

At the end there is an error message cannot install Microsoft C++ Redistributable 64bit. and driver for intel are the same.
