I could not find the Microsoft 365 products in my this laptop

In last week, my system had blue screen problem, HP technician did some set-up in my system after that Microsoft 365 could not find in PC. 

So this request to please install the Microsoft.

you just need to re-install it

If you subscribed to Office or purchased it outright, the license info (activation) is recorded in your Microsoft account or whatever account you used when Windows was activated..
 
Log into your Microsoft account

Any subscription will be near the top of the page:  Click "View all subscriptions" to access a download or activate.

If you bought it outright look at the bottom of that page.
