What is your 14-dv2xxx machine ? Not all machines have those options

 

            Integrated fingerprint reader (select products only)

 

Did you buy those options ?

 

Note: they do NOT have Camera which supports Windows Hello.

I have an integrated fingerprint sensor, but it is not capturing any fingerprint. Ans my laptop model is HP pavilion 14 dv2014tu
