I have purchased Lemorele USB-C to Dual HDMI Adapter and when I connect it with my 2 additional screens and connect the USB-C to my computer's C-port, the laptop is not detecting the screens, the small blue light on the adapter is getting turned on, but the laptop just doesn't detect the display. I installed DisplayLink Driver, SiliconMotion Driver, but none worked, I ever installed iObit driver booster and it showed some update for Screens and I downloaded that, still the laptop is not detecting the other screens. Then I tried with a Dell Laptop and it worked. By default only the laptop was able to detect two new screens and I could use them in extended mode. I didn't install any driver yet it worked in Dell but not in my HP laptop. Please tell me what should I do?

What is your 14-dh1xxx machine ? It should have same ports as the following machine

                     HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1018tu

It ONLY has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter (some hubs may have builtin chip to support this)

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter
