Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have Pavilion 360. My keyboard lighting doesn't work. I have done some work inside the PC, added RAM, etc., and for this reason I opened it several times. Before these operations the keyboard backlight worked perfectly. Maybe during the work I touched a cable that caused the problem (no keyboard light). Can anyone give me an idea of ​​how to solve the problem?

I solved the problem myself: I opened the PC and the keyboard backlight cable had come loose. I fixed it and everything works now.
