Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3075cl

My Hp laptop goes in and out of black as soon as I touch the touchscreen, mouse, or keypad and if I touch the top left corner I see a cursor and touch that it comes back until I touch anything once again. It also will flash rapidly while trying to use. I have spent over 500.00 on repairs and two different locations and neither has been able to find a solution after being in the ship for four weeks between the two. I am out of warranty by 8 months and have tried to just mail to HP for repair but after hours of trying I have had no luck even reaching someone there to get a return authorization. I would appreciate any help.
