Hi
I have a hp envy 13 laptop with below specs:
HP Envy Core i7 7th Gen - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) 13-ab070TU
The usb-type-c output to a external monitor is not working for me, it shows below message (Display connection might be limited) and nothing comes on external monitor
The usb-c is working with hard drive but its neither working for external display nor for charging the laptop.
I've already tried below:
1. Running the diagnostics
2. Updating the drivers including the bios driver
Please let me know how to fix this issue. Thanks!

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c05421765
It ONLY has 1 USB Type-C® which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine
- Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter
Regards.
