Product: HP X24ih Gaming Monitor

I was in the middle of playing Elden Ring and all of a sudden my entire screen was covered in horizontal white lines. It is not only on my pc but when I turned on my Xbox the lines were still there. If anyone has any idea what happened or what I can do I would greatly appreciate it. Also have had the monitor for around 2 years and have had 0 problems with it the entire time.
