My laptop screen has broken recently so i have been using an external monitor but I have to do something in bios that i can’t do blind so is there some type of hp expert for that?

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
