I have a current case number open. I was supposed to receive a box in the mail to send my computer in. However, I never received the box. Now, my warranty has expired so I haven't been able to talk to an agent to ask about this. It won't even let me contact anyone from HP support about this case that was opened before my warranty expired.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
