My problem is that I have laptop of hp and in that in this  month only  I faced a lot of problem regarding  one major is when never I played a video in it , it plays and after some times it plays from starting and when I decide to skip and move forward I t wouldn't.  So I face this problems and and black box come on the  network sections area when we open it

Thanks for sharing the issue — sounds frustrating! 😓 Let's get to the bottom of it. I’ll ask a couple of quick questions to narrow it down and get you the right fix:

Is this happening in all video apps and websites (like YouTube, Netflix, VLC, etc.) or just in one specific app/browser?

Does the black box in the network section stay there all the time, or only when playing videos? Also, is it clickable or completely unresponsive?
