I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I did go through the video once again, and it seems like GPU (graphic) are not handling games well. The last thing I can suggest trying to restore a computer back to the factory default, which will isolate whether it’s a software or hardware issue. The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?
- Have you checked the display on an external monitor?
- Have you tried with the different games?
- What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?

- No, because the computer is new and I was delivered on December 8th;
- Yes, i have updated Graphics and Chipset drivers;
- Yes, i have checked the display on an external monitor;
- Yes. i have tried with Fortnite, Warzone and Rocket League;
- I tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers of the video card and processor.
I expect to hear from you.
