HP Notebook - 15-dw0052wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Notebook 15-dw0052wm operating system is Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been trying to connect a couple of monitors to it, but every time I plug in a monitor it gives me the same message: Monitor not detected.

Display 1: Connected to Intel UHD Graphics 620, the latest updated software is installed. My understanding is that the Intel UHD Graphics 620 can support 4 and 5 monitors.

I can't see an option for a second display, or a multiple display.

I connected 14 IN 1 USB-C HUB and still got the same results.

Can you help me get this issue fixed?

Thanks.

Its specs

               https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06401082

It ONLY has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use

     Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,

Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                    USB to HDMI Adapter

For more connectivity, please use

                         True Universal Docking Stations

Regards.
