Hello, do you have the same problem when you make an other work, on your desktop or an Internet page??
Can I know what is your graphics card?? For know this please right click on "computer" and clic to "manage". In left go to "devices manager" and duplicate clic on "graphics cards" section to see inside. And tell me all your cards.

Thank you for your reply and I apologize that this has taken so long but I thought I had already responded to your help. I realized, after reading your post that maybe this was a different kind of issue. Though your post did not give me my answer, it did steer me in the correct direction to fix the problem. While searching for the "graphics card" you requested, I ended up finding other information. After checking and rechecking when and where the blurriness occurred, I realized that, though it had just worked two days before, the problem was in the compatibility of the Netflix app and my old laptop. After uninstalling and then re-installing, the problem was fixed. THANK YOU though for helping me!
