I just need to talk to someone about how to send laptop for repair!

Laptop works but screen doesn’t. Took it to best buy, they diagnoses as probable ribbon disconnect, need to send to HP for repair. (Out of warranty, two years old. 
but I can’t find an option on this website to contact anyone or figure out how to send it in.

Its just crazy that a high end laptop, from a high end company, would stop working (black screen) two years into its life and, that company's support is to send me to their community page for answers on how to get it repaired and... that not a single person in that community would answer in a full week lol. 

I had an issue with this laptop when it was in its warranty period and an HP rep helped me fix it. He was extremely helpful and assured me that, over the LIFE TIME of this laptop, I could contact him at his email and he would help me resolve. A year later, the screen goes out (on a $2000 laptop!!) and he wouldnt reply to my emails. Go figure. 

I went to a third party repair shop who told me that these (FLAG SHIP HP SPECTRE screens go out ALL THE TIME and he fixed it for me. No thanks, HP. Im moving to Apple.
