In pen and touch : Touch support with 256 touch points, showing like this and in the device manager there is no driver for touch screen enable. my laptop serial number is [Personal Information Removed], product number is 8Y2S3PA#ACJ . In the hp support assistant device name as HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-dv2000 (4Z018AV) where as on the laptop box it is as
HP Pavilion Laptop 14-dv2153TU (8Y2S3PA)
