Pavilion x360 14-ba0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Pavilion x360 model 14-ba0xx. I need a replacement screen for it.

During my light research, parts appear to be replacements for the entire LCD screens. I have no issues with the functioning of my screen; there are no dots, lines, or blacked out parts of my display. However, my touch has not worked since the screen had been cracked (the cracks are slowly getting worse over time as i continue to use the laptop). My warranty is out of date and I live in the United States.

I would be delighted if I could have a part number or search term to find just the glass screen replacement for my laptop.

I understand that you would like to replace the touchscreen.

I have checked the manual (page number 25).

14.0-in, HD, WLED, AntiGlare (1366×768), slim/flat (3.6-mm), SVA, eDP, 220 nits, 16:9 ultra wide aspect ratio TouchScreen equipped with a non-infrared camera 924298-001

The display assembly is not a user-replaceable part.

I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
