Device manager>display adapters>nvidia >properties>events says “device not started(basic display)

and the AMD graphic ? that is the one that allows you to change the resolution when you start the laptop, that is the one that interests me the other NVIDIA may be damaged if you reinstalled windows and did not install the drivers, but it is the AMD that I am trying to fix.

So u mean my AMD grapichs cant fix refresh rate issue, also in AMD Software adrenalin edition i cant make custom resolution, i dont have option for custom resolution, also i cant install drivers u sent me, i click install.drv, and opens cmd and says “access denied”

if you can make the frequency change that's why I ask you if the AMD in the Device Manager is recognized. an integrated graphic as in your case always works, it is the default, if you change configurations in the NVIDIA graphic that is only the one that comes used has this actuial problem,

Its recognized in device manager, i cant change my refresh rate, only 60hz, i cant turn on dynamic refresh rate, i think my iGpu cant have 144hz, but i cant make my dGPU on advanced display, can i sent you some screenshots to see

It will never be able to use 144 Hz because it does not have a 144 hz display.
