Product: Pavillion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a TOTU dual monitor docking station and it seems that I need to install the driver (s) because it is not working and I've search the web for them but cannot find any. Any suggestions? Thx

In order to answer that question, the complete model number of the laptop is needed.  It might not have the USB 3.1 Gen 2 TYPE-C

From the page
