Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am getting an error message for my camera use: 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>  I downloaded Windows11 last night because I thought this would help because my camera was not working.  I am not able to access my camera because I don't have the drives I need to have access to.  Can you please install the drives I need to access my camera? I have an HP Spectre, Windows 11.  Thank you.  I would like to chat with an agent.  I don't have cell phone access.
