I use laptop camera a lot while in e-meetings (several times a week). It has a wide angle view which means I have to tidy my room every time. How can the I change the camera from that view, please?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Start or join a meeting.
- Tap the Change View control. A popup shows the options for the display.
- Tap the icon with the view you want to display. ...
- To change the location of the thumbnail in Speaker View or during content sharing, tap Advanced.

That doesn't help at all. It's not about the view in the programme, it is about the angle of view. It is SO wide angled we appear very small and people mostly see the room. Is there a way of setting the camera not to be so wide angled.

This is not an issue with ZOOM. This is not even an issue with the camera. It is a question of whether I can choose to limit the wideness of the angle of view when HD camera is in use. I realise that the 'Wide Angle' is a feature of the webcam (useful when you have 3 or 4 people to gather around the laptop, but this 'Wide Angle' is often too wide, especially when there is just one person on a call.
So, to summarise what we are asking... is there a way of using HP software to limit the wideness of the angle for every programme, as the individual programmes (eg ZOOM, Skype, Teams, etc) do not have the functionality to zoom in whilst on the call. I hope you now understand the question.
I am using a 'Pavilion 15 -cs3001na Laptop'.

There is no option to change that.
I request you to talk to HP support for further assistance.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
