I had a problem with Laptop Hinges and I i reported a issue by email and here is HP Case ID: [Personal Information Removed]CRM:[Personal Information Removed]for the problem. Hp team sent a technician to replace the Hinges, while replacing the hinges he caused damage to my laptop so I want the replacement it or send a body kit fot that. Please do the needful.
