I would like to start the 'On Screen' Keyboard in my Windows Startup folder.  Can someone please tell me the .exe file to start the on screen keyboard.

Thank you!

Your welcome.

OK. So looking around on my PC the file name is osk.exe and in my PC there are actually two locations where it is found:

C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-osk_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.17134.1_none_903d5fc3c319176b

and

C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-osk_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.17134.376_none_8c47b691b018d9c4

Both exe files work and open onscreen keyboard.

Hope it helps,

David

Hi,

I do not know the exact .exe file. However, if you want the keyboard to start when Windows starts. Click on start and type "ease of access"  and click on the app. Click on "use the computer without mouse or keyboard",  check the box "Use on-Screen Keyboard" then click on apply and OK. The keyboard will now start together with Windows.

Hope it helps,

David

Hi, I like your solution, however, this will be a Kiosk system.  I would need to know the .exe file.

99.9% of the time your solution would work, however this will require the .exe file name.

Thank you!
