Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display- 

the touch screen is supposed to be working but its neither working in the  bios nor even found in the uefi components test mode. I tried other things like updating the drivers but still in vain and the a caution on one of the driver and it says:

"

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

A request for the HID descriptor failed."

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchscreen is not working on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?
