Hello,
I bought my laptop HP Pavilion 15-cw1043nl . Before buying I checked the display technical specifications on the official HP support site (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06410124) in order to buy a product with IPS screen. When I checked after purchase the real panel model provided in my laptop I found out that it is: AUO B156HW02 V1 (AUO21ED) an old TN legacy one.
Why ? Can somebody help?

I have gone through your Post and I would like to help
May I know from where did you find the information for the Panel Model for your Notebook?
Also let me know where you purchased the Notebook from.
If the Screen on the Notebook is different from what was specified I'll check with the concerned team and get your case escalated
Keep me posted 😊

HWiNFO64 is a 3rd party Application which is not HP Certified.
As per the Product Specifications, this Notebook Model does come IPS, 39.6 cm (15.6") diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)
