ProBook 450 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi i have a HP ProBook 450 G5 edition with i7 processor 8550 U. The intel GPU 620U and Nvidia GeForce 930MX supports up to 1k of the display but the display installed supports in the laptop supports 1366x768. If I install <a href="https://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/0.html?spm=a2g0s.9042647.0.0.62c94c4dWTVfTK&orderId=947848690203...> product (https://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/0.html?spm=a2g0s.9042647.0.0.62c94c4dWTVfTK&orderId=947848690203...). Will my laptop display resolution increase?

According to the Manual a 1920 x 1080 UWVA display was offered as an option and there is only a single screen cable option so the cable must work on either the 1366 x 768 or the FHD screen. The link to your aliexpress product is not working so impossible for me to say. HP only sells the screen as an entire hinge up assembly. Since it is a touchscreen you have to make sure the digitizer is compatible, too. This is a rather difficult upgrade job in other words and will require some experience to pull it off.
