The settings icon in the  CyberLink YouCam screen is not enabled, therefore, I can't get the webcam to work.

I understand that you are facing issues with Integrated webcam.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Follow the steps below to resolve this webcam display problem.

  1. Open YouCam, then click the settings  icon.

  2. In the settings menu, click the webcam  icon.

  3. From the Capture Device drop-down menu, select your webcam or USB video device.

    NOTE: 

    If no webcam device is listed, go to Verifying the webcam hardware in Device Manager.

  4. Click OK to accept the selection.

  5. Exit and restart the YouCam software to view an image.
