Intel Driver makes display blinks when it's playing video or browsing edge

Hi,

I have been using my laptop for a few years now. I noticed that after a while the laptop started to have some weird grafical glitches caused by some strange windows API. Like white dots appering all over the app that used such API.

After reinstalling both Intel and nvidia drivers that problem disappeared.

Fast forward, this september I installed windows 11 and after the 22H2 update the driver started to behave very crazy when there's a video playing. I'm talking of display freezing, drivers resetting and even some green screen (in the player portion of the screen) when there're shadows effects on top of video, sometime some graphical elements become like transparent. if they are on top of a Video. 

Chrome is not affected by it, but programs like VLC, Prime Video App, OBS (etc.) are affected.

All these issues don't happen when I uninstall the Intel Graphics drivers, but that leaves me with a slow PC since the nvidia card works only in heavy GPU computation scenarios.

I will post a video from my phone because screenshots and video recording don't show these bugs.

Have you tried reinstalling the W10 Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers from your notebook's support page?

Perhaps the W11 update installed newer drivers.

If reinstalling the W10 drivers resolves the problem and W11 tries to reinstall newer ones, you can run the Microsoft Hide Windows Update utility that I zipped up and attached below to prevent the driver updates from Windows update from installing.
