Where to find the current driver for Intel ELAN EzTouchFilter for Windows 10 build 1803?

Invoke the Device Manager with Windows key+the X key and clicking on Device Manager.
Go to the Human Interface Devices section-->Elan EZTouchFilter , right-click it and in the Driver tab click on Update driver.
Click on Search Automatically for updated driver software.
