Hi all,
So - via the HP Support Assistant, I need to update my graphics driver. The install fails. From the forum tips, I uninstalled the current driver via device manager and rebooted. The main forum post indicated that the current driver would be automatically installed at that point. However, the Support Assistant still indicates that I need to update it. If I try again, I get the same failure result. So I'm stuck in a loop?
Any suggestions? Thank you very much in advance!

I deleted the entry in HP Support Assistant, maybe it was just left over from before, ran a 'check for updates' and it came up empty. I think I'm all set, thank you for the support.

What is your Spectre x360 ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
Regards.

This won't help, must be 13-ac0something. Anyway, please try
(a) Download the following Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver :
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80001-80500/sp80171.exe
(b) Uninstall current sound driver on your computer and reboot,
(c) Install audio driver using the downloaded file.
Regards.

In the meantime, I tried via HP Support Assistant again and now get this message, so I canceled. I assume I got these newer versions earlier when I followed the other instructions to uninstall via device manager and reboot. Not sure why HP Support Assistant still thinks I need to update them though. Bit non-intuitive.
