Can Intel HD Graphics 4600 ran Open GL 4.6 and if so how do i get my laptop to ran it? I keep getting an error message when i try to ran Super Mario 3D World+ Bowsers Fury.  The errors says; Error while initializing Open GL 4.6, Your GPU may not support Open GL or you do not have the latest graphics driver, GL Renderer: Intel (R) HD Graphics 4,600.00.  Help i really want to play this game.  Is it possible with my graphics card? Hi@ericaidoo, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that you are looking for help with an application that worked prior to some updates.  I am happy to give you a hand with this.

Did the function you are asking about ever work for you in Windows 10? If it did you can always try using  HP PCs - Using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 10, to roll your system back to a point where you know it was working under Windows 10.  Also you could try installing the drivers for your graphics card again from the Software and driver downloads page for the HP ENVY 17-j120us Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

If the functions you need have never worked for you with Windows 10, do you have any recovery media for your system? If not, you can HP PCs - Obtaining HP Recovery Discs or an HP USB Recovery Drive.

Keep me posted. Happy to help!
