Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just discovered there's no Graphics driver on my pc, asides the microsoft basic adapter. I can't regulate my brightness level, and can't turn on night light either.
Photoshop display is a mess too. 
What graphics cad do i install to solve this please? and what's the download size?
