HP 14s-dq5004 nh

Dear Support,

I recently purchased HP 14s-dq5004 nh laptop and I can barely use it. The Intel Iris Xe Grapich card is showing 100% spikes in the "3D" panel randomly. I don't even have to watch a video on youtube, it's enough to open Intel Grapich centel.

I tried to reinstall my GPU software with a clean install (I even used DDU to remove my old driver totally) but it did not helped.

I tried with Win11 pro (i need the pro version because of the bitlocker) and Win10 home as well, just to test if Win11 is the problem or not.

My current driver version is the latest driver version from HP site.

Any idea what can cause such an issue? If i remove the GPU driver the notebook works fine, but without the GPU, and the colors are not that bright, etc.

Regards,

Norbert
