Intel has a support assistant for drivers

let me know if it helps.

Are you on the 5ghz band or the 2.4
if your PC is on one of the mesh repeaters then quote ' throughput is halved for all clients connected wirelessly'
I have 1ghz link speed and my hardwired Ethernet speed averages 29mbits/s running the Google Fiber test
I do not have google fiber so the test is probably accurate.
If I switch to 5ghz there is no change in thruput.

Thanks for your tip. It’s 5mhz, I have Netgear duel band with Allo fiber Network 500 mbs Up & Down. It worked streaming using vMix to our YouTube channel from 6-2025 to12-2025 when it crashed. Sent it to HP repair.  The HP repair depot replaced the battery. I had medical issues until mid-March, I just assumed the Omnibook was fixed. My church was still in operation; the original HP Pavilion was and is still functioning and is streaming away on Sunday mornings. I tested Omnibook on 3-30-2026. It failed immediately. With vMix 10053 error, I sent logs to vMix support they determined the problem was with Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz. The Omnibook doesn’t have an Ethernet Adapter I ordered a USB 3.0 to Ethernet Adapter. It streamed without problems to our YouTube channel. I have HP Pavilion, HP Envy and HP Omnibook. All pcs running same version of vMix 29.0.047 and same build of Win 11 026200.8039. I have total of 3 calls to HP regarding Omnibook failures. I offered to have HP support to take control of the Omnibook I could demonstrate the failure and the success of the USB to Ethernet. He declined, insisting the problem was with vMix.I went to Intel website and downloaded the latest driver for the Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz. It failed after the driver was installed.  I’m dealing with Costco warrant dept for help and resolution. The event viewer > system shows 5 errors in 1 second, event ID 5010.  5010 error says “The Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz: The network adapter has returned an invalid value to the driver”. HP community has lots of complaints re Intel 6E AX211.  Costco has generated a 4th time to contact HP support. The Omnibook is under warranty until 6-19-2026. I’m locked in HP support until the warrant expires. Hopefully, I can get Costco to help with a $1700.00 door stop.

You should also look at the Wi-Fi signal strength / transmission errors.

  For example my AT&T modem

A vMix RTMP send error 10053 typically indicates a network connection failure, where the local socket is closed unexpectedly. This causes streaming to disconnect, often accompanied by a re-connection attempt. It is usually triggered by network instability, firewall interference, or an overloaded internet connection.

Above was from asking an AI bot.  Note that it did not mention any particular device or even recommend a driver update.

To all who have replied. Thank you for the respnses.

The following is a note I sent to Lauren Wingfield ( HP Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy)  4-23-2026

Dear Mr. Wingfield,

I purchased an HP Omnibook 7 touchscreen online from Costco 6-17-2025. Serial number # Product ID B93R4UA#ABA. It was put into service at my church on 6-30-2025. Its primary use is streaming of our church service using vMix (Production and Streaming Software) to our YouTube Channel. It was purchased to replace an HP Pavilion non-touchscreen. The Omnibook worked flawlessly until early December of 2025. It crashed attempting to stream to YouTube with a vMix error 10053. I sent vMix logs to vMix support, they determined that the WFI has a problem. I contacted HP support case #, HP support ran diagnostics and said the microphone wasn’t working in addition to the streaming problem. I included a letter along with the returned Omnibook describing the crashing problem when trying to stream. The PC was returned to me in early January of 2026. The repair receipt said it replaced the battery. Battery? Unfortunately, I was dealing with some severe medical issues. The streaming of our church service continued to function using an HP Pavilion, running vMix to our YouTube channel. It was in late March when I had recovered sufficiently to attempt to test the streaming using the Omnibook, it failed immediately. On 3-30-2026 I contacted HP support (Case #); a technician named Amir took control of the PC and ran diagnostics and said the problem was with my vMix software. I have the HP Omnibook, HP Pavilion and HP Envy, all running Widows11 the same Build Version; 26200.8039 all PCs running the same version of vMix 29.0.0.47. The Pavilion and Envy all stream just fine using their Wi-Fi. The Omnibook 7 does not. The HP Pavilion is back in service as the streaming PC, until I get the Omnibook problem resolved.

The Omnibook doesn’t come with an Ethernet Adapter. On 4/7/26 I ordered USB 3.0 to Ethernet Adapter from amazon.it was delivered on 4/9/26. I tested vMix with the saved Easter Sunday preset program on 4/10/26. Streaming failed using Wi-Fi with the same 10053 error that occurred on 12/2025.  I installed the USB > Ethernet Adapter. Using the preset from Easter Sunday, vMix streams to our YouTube channel without any problems. HP support continues to say I have possible problems with vMix.

After consultation with vMix support it was suggested that I check Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System. That showed an event ID of 5010. There were 5 errors in 1 second. The details state: “Intel 6E AX 211 160 MHz “The network adapter has returned an invalid code to the driver”.

On 4-13-26 I called the Costco Warranty Dept, the service rep said she would contact HP while I was on hold. She said that HP Support said it was a software problem. I never spoke with HP support on the call. On 4-16-26 I called Costco warranty dept, I asked her to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor explained that because the Omnibook was under warranty until 6-19-2026 I would have to deal with HP support. Costco contacted me, they arranged another call to HP support. On 4-22-26 Costco warranty contacted me and patched me through to HP Support (case# ), after 1 hour of discussion, the HP support rep Rohamn, said it a possible vMix software or Microsoft problem. I disagreed, thinking logically, I have 3 HP PC’s All running the same versions of Windows 11 and vMix. 1 fails using wireless, the other 2 HP PCs work fine using wireless. The Omnibook works fine using a USB to Ethernet adapter when it’s connected to my router. I have scheduled a phone call with an HP Support supervisor at 1:00 PM on 4-23-26. I think if all the HP tests run without error, HP says it can’t be a hardware problem. HP Support Rep Rohamn contacted me as he said he would. He patched me through to his supervisor, named Flian. All Flian did was reiterate what the previous HP Rep’s had said, it must be a software problem. I asked if HP had encoder software that HP support could use to test? He said that it is software they only deal with hardware. He patched me to HP Smart Friend which is a fee-based software diagnostics, starting at $16.99 a month, The Rep’s name was Shameem. I told him I wouldn’t pay a fee to determine that the problem wasn't a software issue with vMix or Widows. I was sure that HP Support would throw it right back at me, they did.

I have either a defective Intel Wi-Fi card, a Motherboard circuitry problem, or a defective unit.  I have a $1700.00 door stop. Can you help me with problem resolution?

Sincerely,

<Please do not include the product serial number or any private information>
