Microsoft Windows 11

I've been having trouble displaying colours on my laptop for several months, purchased last Nov ,

did do a previous post but got no replies...so trying a different question!!

I've now run the HP Hardware Diagnostics Device Checks

Ran the VIDEO section and answered the 3Questions

is the screen compleely RED > Yes

is the screen completely GREEN > Yes

is the screen completely BLUE > NO !! its lilac

Then the test just end abruptly with no further information or what to do...

Would this indicate my Graphics card is DFECTIVE and in need of replacing??

Hi @MarkyH3962

Intel  graphics card is integrated into the processor which is integrated into the motherboard and cannot be changed.

Have you tried updating the drivers, if you use the NVIDIA dedicated graphics card, you have the same issue. ??

Hi,

Thanks for the reply

All the drivers are up to date

Windows 11 is up to date

Could you clarify the point about NVIDIA card...my laptop doesn't have this??
