Product: PC Notebook HP14-dq1025cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Notebook 14-dq1025cl with an Intel i5 1035g1 with UHD Graphics. I  downloaded Doom tried using the Vulkan API and the game crashed inmmediately.

Also every other game that used the Vulkan API crashes and even some that use DirectX, also Fortnite crashed with a message that said something about updating my drivers and I have the latest driver version 26.20.100.7926 that updated through Windows Update, I even had the same exact issues with the latest 26.20.100.7463 Rev.B drivers from the Software and Drivers page for my laptop. 

I want to know if its an issue with the drivers or its something else that its not updated properly.

See my knowledge base article at the link below for how to manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version.

 

That would be the only suggestion I can offer...
