Product: Pavilion Notebook PC 15-au620TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My screen is damaged from inside.  There is no external damage.  It's because someone kept some books on my laptop and screen is working but at one points its totally dark.  I have a care pack warranty from HP.  Can anyone Help me out!

This is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer, they should be able to help.
