I've only had this expensive laptop for 7 months and the printing on the keys has started to wear away already, even though my fingers aren't dirty or oily, and the keys will not be able to be read shortly. I have been trying for the last 6 weeks to get the keys replaced under warranty, and HP keeps demanding that I send the laptop off. I don't have another option, as I work 2 full time jobs and run my business all through this laptop, and I am subject to HIPAA, which is a Federal law, and if anything on this laptop got lost or the laptop itself got lost in transit, I could be subject to heavy fines due to breach of security, which would be a violation of HIPAA. I just need keys replaced, but no solution to have it fixed locally is provided, and I have asked for the laptop to then be replaced, since this is piss poor quality for such an expensive laptop, with no resolution. I asked Customer Service to call at certain times and they don't, since I work so much, and now they are trying to close my case with no resolution. This is abysmal, and I would like to file a complaint wth HP. Where do I do that?

Worth Noting
- Our HP Community is a peer-to-peer user group.
- We are not HP Technical Support -- We are not associated with HP Sales, Service, or Warranty.
- Our request for assistance on your behalf does not guarantee HP will respond nor does our request influence the outcome.
- The time frame (how long it takes) to receive a response from HP is not controlled by the Community.
Important
- HP does not free-post HP Support numbers on the Internet. Not. Not in secret, not in chat, not in pop-ups, and not so a nice technician can call you back, sneak into your computer, and then tell you your computer is full of bugs.
- Be wary of any posted messages in the Community containing phone or email links – these are likely scammers who mean you harm.
- Please do not post any personal information in the Community. We are a public resource.
- Be very careful when out on the Internet looking for help - one little dot, space, or letter out of place can land you in trouble.
