HP Spectre 13t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, have a 2018 Spectre 13t.  Constantly had issues with fans and also laptop being uncontrollable due to random applications opening and closing by themselves.  Called several times, re-imaged, updated drivers and BIOS, and mailed in to fix.  They said there was a virus.  They replaced fans and removed virus.  Operated fine for a month, now same problem.  Basically I have had a brick of a laptop for the majority of the time I owned this high end laptop.  And now I am out of warranty (exp Dec 2019) and the only thing advice they can give me is to reimage the laptop through cloud recovery.  Which is the very first step I took before I even mailed it back in.  So doubtful this will help.  Any one have any advice on what else I can try or how I can at least contact HP to let them know their high end laptop has been unusable the majority of the 14 months I have owned it? Understand about warranty expirations but it is crazy that this laptop has had the same issue this entire time and still isnt fixed.  Glad I didnt buy HPs for my employees and definitely will not consider in the future if this is how their customer service works.
