Hello. I am having issues with my touch screen. I was trying to enabling it from the device manager task but I cannot find the touch screen driver in the Human Interface Device. Please help!

Welcome to HP support community.
Did you check if the touchscreen works in the BIOS Screen?
- This would help us determine if this is either a software or hardware related issue, hence I request you tap on F10 during a PC restart and check if you can use the touch feature to select options outside windows.
- If it doesn't work, this could be a hardware malfunction.
- If it works, please use the HP website to download all the latest drivers for your device using this link: click here
Note: Please ensure the complete product name/number for a quicker response from the community, as we need to know what we are dealing with to provide an accurate solution:

I have an HP Pavilion x360-11t K100 CTO laptop. Some time ago, when I loaded windows 10 update, my touch screen completely stopped working in both Tablet mode and Bios mode. I was finally connected to HP person, who spent an hour with me and concluded that the controller in Windows updated version was not yet updated and was giving this problem He said he would reinstall y previous version and every thing shopld work fine. Since the installation takes about 45 minutes, he gave me a case number and left. I finished the installation and I still have the same problem. I tried to gat back to HP with that case number, but it will not accept it. What do I need to Do?

This might require one on one interaction.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
