Key board not working on lock screen fixed

Couldn't log in at all. Numbers work fine letters not responding. After few tries I get do the 1a2b3c bs. I found out I opped for the pin when asked in the start up screen. So I created a pin and forgot all about it,  Of course I wrote it down somewhere but forgot that I opped for the pin to unlock my screen. So it's not my keyboard not working it's just that I forgot I had to use the pin to unlock. Numbers works fine. Don't waste time on easy access it won't work. Just find your pin and enter and bataboom batabang. Hope that helps.
