Hi,

First try a hard reset. Basically remove all peripherals and hold the power button for 30 seconds

See if it works.

Are you able to enter BIOS with the keyboard?

Turn off the PC by holding the power button until complete shutdown.

Turn on the PC and repeatedly press ESC until the startup menu appears. Does it appear?

Does it work with an external keyboard (USB)?

Can you provide the full model number or product number of your notebook?

Model number

Let me know,

David
