Hi Team, I am using the OMEN by HP - 15-ce004na laptop for the last around 3 years but suddenly my laptop key number 4/$ is continuously processing automatically everywhere on my laptop. I have tried lots of options like reinstalling driver, reinstalling windows, drivers update and many more things but issue is not yet resolved.
The key is processing even when I was out of window in Bios mode, unfortunately! I have to disable it via PowerToys and it at-least allow me to work something on my laptop but still the key is pressing during software installing where we put the installing path.
I also used external keyboard but the same issue is with external keyboard.
This is very frustrating and not letting me work properly. Kindly provide me your expert advise on this issue.
Thanks and looking forward your help in this regards.

Dear Elohi_NR, Thanks for your response. Regarding your queries, The 4/$ key is not stuck and it's proper getting up and down like any other key. To investigate the issue, I taken out the 4/$ key and clear down underneath the key cap with alcoholic cleaner also put the air pressure to clear down any dust but still the problem is that the 4/$ key is pressing automatically and it's typing continues 4 and I am not to work anything else properly. I have recorded a video for you to understand the issue but unfortunately can't see any option to attach it with the communication.
As per my investigation, the key is pressing continuously and typing 4 even if it's key, hinges and cap is not top of the circuit. The key only stops working if I disabled it via PowerToys Tool available via Microsoft Store.
Please suggest some solution of this issue as it seems some HP hardware or design issue which even I am getting in so much of high end laptop? I believe HP should investigate this issue for the betterment of HP products.
Thanks and looking forward your help ASAP. Also, if possible, please provide me any link to share the video.
