Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This computer is just over one year old and we have done all of the HP and Windows Updates. Now the keyboard, mouse and touchscreen do not work. The Elan EZ Touch Filter has an exclamation point near it. Tried updating the driver. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the driver.

 

Please Help!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard, mouse, and touchscreen are not working on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you perform a system restore on the computer back to the date when everything was working fine on the computer.
