I was having slow web browser problems so looked what the problem was and it was that I needed to update the drivers but when I updated one my mouse and keyboard have stopped working all I was trying to do was solve the web browser problems and update the driver but it has now led to this problem I don’t know what to do can anyone help please thanks

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Stream Laptop Keyboard and mouse not working.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- You can do System Restore if it had worked few days ago.
- Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
